Caramel Preparation1.Take the sugar in a saucepan and turn on your cooker in very low flame, put water if need. 2.Don't turn off your cooker until it becomes deep brown. Pudding Preparation
1.Make 1 ltr milk into 1/2 ltr by boiling.
2.Take milk, 1/2 cup sugar and cardamom, and mix properly. 3.Boil it so make more denser. 4.After boiling cool it in nornal temperature.
5.Take 4 eggs and beat it. 6.Add the cool milk syrup in the beaten egg. 7.Put a mesh on the set caramel's saucepan. 8.Sieve the mixture and seperate the lumps. 9.Put bottom like water and boiled it. 10.Put the saucepan bottom like boiling water in rice-cooker (1000W) for 10 minutes. 11.After boiling cool it in normal temperature. 12.Now Caramel Custard has been set.You can serve it now for yourself and your family.
