1. Taken 1 cup cuboid chopped chicken 2. Taken 1/2 teaspoon garam masala 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed powder,1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder. You may add red chili powder and salt according to your taste. 3. I will keep it on rest for 5 minutes after marinating. 4. Added 2 pieces of chopped green chili,1 teaspoon salt, 1 cup chopped onion.somewhat smashing the onion. 5. Adding 1/2 cup pea flour & 1/3 cup rice-flour and mixing it well,added an egg 6. Adding 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste and 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste 7. Adding 1 teaspoon lemon juice 8. Adding 1/3 cup mint leaves. These mint leaves were in freezer, so it has been discoloured.You may add coriander leaves ,if you want. 9. Poured soybean oil here and set the cooker on medium-low flame I will take a piece chicken per pakora and put the pakoras when the oil is enough hot. 10. I will fry it until become brown. 11.
