Hamburger is our day to day snacks. Even some people, I've seen can't go without a hamburger.Burger and Hamburger whatever you say , something unhealthy for health seemed to people.Here I have tried to prepare these bread in a healthy process.I haven't ude a drop of water here, only milk.That's why it's milky, tasty and healthy for all ages of people.Ingredients
1 cup White flour (240 ml cup)
2-3 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Butter/ soybean oil/ vegetable oil (Butter is recomended)
1/2 teaspoon Yeast
3/4 cup Cow milk (240ml cup)
A pinch of salt
Butter(for brushing)
Milk (for brushing)

1. Weigh your flour; or measure it by gently spooning it into a cup, sugar into a tablespoon,butter and salt. 2. Mix it properly3. Add yeast and mix smoothly.* 4. Gradually add milk and turn it into a soft dough 5. Rub oil on the surface.It will help to flatten the dough. 6. And keep it on rest for 2 hours by covering. 7. 2 hours later, Knead the dough again. 8. Divide the dough into four pieces for four hamburger buns and warp its sides smoothly.And keep it for 15 minutes 9. Brush milk on the surface and bake it in a oven for 12 mins up and 3-4 mins down on 1800C. 10. After baking ,brush butter on the surface. 11. Now it is perfect for your next hamburger.
